What we collect

TVK News is a read-only public aggregator. We do not require registration, do not run advertising, and do not collect personal data from visitors beyond what is technically necessary to serve pages:

  • Server logs (IP address, request URL, timestamp, user agent) — kept for 14 days, used only for security/debugging
  • No cookies are set except a small locale-preference cookie (no tracking)
  • No third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or social-media trackers
  • Contact form submissions: when you write to us via the contact form, we store your name, email, and message so we can respond. Submissions are stored on our database indefinitely as part of our correspondence record but are never displayed publicly and never shared with third parties.
  • No newsletter signups (in v1)

Data on others

Content on TVK News consists of aggregated public posts, news articles, and government communications about TVK government actions. Where named individuals appear (politicians, public officers, journalists), the coverage is limited to their public professional roles and conduct. Individuals who appear in our content and wish to request a correction, attribution change, or removal should use our contact form.
